This childbirth class will prepare you for labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. Every hour of class time is packed with information to help you understand the process of birth and prepare you for labor.

In-Person classes held at our office, located at 407 Parker Ivey Drive, Greenville, SC 29607. Zoom class options are also available for local and non-local families.

Spinning Babies® Parent Class

Spinning Babies® Parent Class highlights your baby’s active role in birth. During labor, your baby needs to pass through “3 levels” of the pelvis. Learn techniques to help your pelvis and the muscles that support, or restrict, your pelvic “levels”. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby”!


Spinning Babies® reveals how your baby can find optimal positions for labor, make birth less painful, and even pleasurable.



This class is for expectant parents. Birth professionals will need to take a Spinning Babies® Workshop to learn these techniques.​


The cost of this class is $95 and includes the Spinning Babies Companion Workbook.

One Day Intensive Class

This childbirth class will prepare you for labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. Every hour of class time is packed with information to help you understand the process of birth and prepare you for labor.


This class is an evidence and knowledge-based Christian class that will encourage you in your faith as you prepare for labor and birth.

Class registration includes a One Day Childbirth Class (2 spots to include birth-giver and support person) and Christian Childbirth Workbook. ​The cost of this course is $160.
