Lydia is the mother of 3 boys, the youngest two being a set of twins. She understands the needs of first time moms, low risk moms, and definitely birthing twins (and she did it vaginally). Lydia seeks to share love, information, and compassion with the families that she supports.

Giving birth in an environment where you feel calm, in control, and safe is just the start to a good labor experience. Birth is a sacred space. Doulas help hold that space and keep it that way for mom and baby.
